Administrative Marketing Assistant | Newton, MA

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns, including ads, trade shows, webinars and other promotional activities
  • Maintain library of existing photographs, logos, brochures and presentation templates
  • Provide backup assistance with all aspects within the Sales Support Department including processing quotes, proposals, agreements, submittals, correspondence, reception coverage, etc.
  • Take headshots of employees and pictures of company events, products and services
  • Maintain and publish content for corporate website and social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns
  • Order, maintain and ship inventory of promotional materials
  • Organize, update and create a variety of printed and web-based materials

Facilities Engineer | Watertown, MA

We are looking for a hands on Facilities Engineer that can maintain all plant utilities, buildings and property. Plant utilities include compressed air generation equipment, electrical distribution, fire protection systems, city water supply, deionized water generation, hot water generation, safety showers and eye wash stations. The successful candidate would also help with design and the implementation of project work at the plant to help improve safety, efficiency and quality of processing finished goods.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for purchasing and keeping inventory of all maintenance equipment and supplies
  • Maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and physical plant
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
  • Create a preventative maintenance schedule and ensure these tasks are completed
  • Create a work order system and scheduling tasks based on priorities

Qualifications include:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial engineering or other related degree)

  • Ability to understand engineering drawings

SAFE® Delivery Specialist (TRUCK DRIVER) | Watertown, MA

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving tandem axle truck and tractor trailer to deliver liquid water treatment chemicals to industrial and commercial clients
  • Handling drums, portable pumps, and hoses used for making two-man SAFE deliveries of our products
  • Assist in the maintenance of the SAFE delivery equipment
  • Ensuring that bills of lading are complete and accurate

 

Qualifications include:

  • CDL Class A, with HAZMAT endorsement, tanker endorsement and air brake endorsement
