Cooling Tower Cleaning Crew Leader | MD,VA, and DC Territory

We are seeking a Virginia based Cooling Tower Cleaning Crew Leader for our MD, VA, DC territory. This position involves traveling to customer locations with a crew to clean their cooling towers, HVAC systems, decorative fountains, ice machines, coils, and domestic water tanks. Overtime and some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning cooling towers, decorative fountains, ice machines, coils and domestic water tanks.
  • The operation of high pressure power washers and other cleaning equipment.
  • Following the Standard Operating Procedures for all cleaning services, as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Scheduling of cleaning jobs.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising a staff of Technicians.
  • Submit job costs and documentation on cleaning services completed to home office.
  • Work closely with our Sales Engineers to provide top quality services to customers.

Qualifications include:

  • Crew Leader experience is required.
  • Previous experience is a plus.
  • Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
  • OSHA safety training a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to load and move up to 100 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Customer Service Associate | Newton, MA

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing many levels of support and coordination to the Barclay Sales and Service team, including but not limited to: order entry, order fulfillment/warehouse communications, logistics, billing, and management of customer order inquiries. Applicant must have a positive/helpful attitude, and flexibility to help our small but dynamic team in any way possible. This individual must also have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and possess solid technical skills, including proficiency with a variety of computer programs and databases.
The position is focused on ensuring that orders are efficiently processed and billed to secure revenue for the company and to maintain customer satisfaction and retention. Must be able to contribute to group and interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process and schedule.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Process customer price quotes and sales orders
  • Coordinate, schedule and prioritize customer sales orders with team members on a daily basis
  • Work with sales representatives on inquires that they may have on a daily basis
  • Work with internal departments to ensure all orders are closed correctly and following the internal checklists and processes
  • Service the Customer in all aspects by:
    • receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails regarding product orders, inquiries, shipments, returns/exchanges and any other pertinent information
    • act as a back-up by administering all sales/office duties in Management's absence, which may include handling the more difficult customer orders, complaints, return policies, and accounts receivable questions and decisions.

     

  • Maintain customer database
  • Prepare customer invoices for completed orders
  • Process freight invoices and resolve billing issues
  • Assist in the maintenance of water treatment agreements

Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of operations or administrative responsibilities required
  • Ability to understand the products, customers, competitors, and processes and make decisions based on that knowledge required

SAFE® Delivery Specialist (TRUCK DRIVER) | Watertown, MA

  • Handling drums, portable pumps, and hoses used for making two-man SAFE deliveries of our products

Qualifications include:

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications. Assist VP, Sales with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of company sales, so that annual sales targets are met or surpassed.
  • Supports VP, Sales in examining sales trends, to identify opportunities for improvement in the sales pipeline (activity in proposals and quotes) as well as in resulting sales.
  • Oversee the use of various applications and platforms to produce sales data for VP, Sales and Field. Use SAGE, MS Excel, SQL database and other tools to extract and collect sales data. Maintains existing sales reports, builds metrics for dashboards and design new reports or continuously improves existing ones as needed.
  • Support Sales Reps on analyzing future repeatable and non-repeatable sales. Analyze past months of fiscal year to identify any missed sales opportunities.
  • Support VP, Sales in business analytics, accomplishment planning and direct sales force enablement.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science or related field.
  • Two to five years’ sales analysis experience is a plus.
  • Experience with relational database management tools necessary.
  • Data analyst in B2B environment experience is required.
  • Experience with a CRM and/or sales force automation software, analyzing data, building reports and dashboards is a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel including creating advanced formulas, graphs, pivot tables, other.
